Right now, let's go to Phoenix for the metal report. Hi, Bill. Good evening, Jim. Fine. The gold and silver were somewhat uneventful today. Gold was just down 30 cents to close at $3.77. Silver did a little better. It was up 16 cents to close at $5.23. The Dow took a little bit of a beating to close down $20 to close at $38.91. Last night I read an article on your program, on the early program, and had a lot of people call. I don't want to read the whole thing tonight, but I'll make it available to people that want to call in and get a copy. But just some highlights. It was about how the cops, you know, you mentioned about the emerging New World Order and the police state. I mean, this thing was just right on what you're talking about. It was about how on a weekly basis, according to financial privacy report, 5,000 innocent people are losing their property on a weekly basis. It's about how in Florida, over the last four years, an estimated $8 million was taken from motorists, people that were stopped for traffic tickets. If they had more than a few hundred bucks in their possession, it was just taken on suspicious behavior. It's about buying airline tickets with cash and how that if you do that, you're immediately going to be picked up by a DEA agent, and they're going to confiscate whatever you have in your possession. It's about a woman in Houston's Hobby Airport who went in there with a suitcase. She cashed in an insurance settlement and her 20-year savings, and she was stopped on suspicious behavior, thinking that she had drugs. There was no drugs, and she was charged with nothing that could find no wrongdoing. She could document everything that she had done and where all the money had come from, and yet she lost it to the tune of $39,000. It's about this police state that's happening. I guess the final paragraph was awful chilling. It says, You may have thought the Constitution protected you against unreasonable searches and seizures and kept the government from taking your property without due process of law. These are mere words on paper, words increasingly discarded by what some people, including yours truly, especially on gloomy days, suspect is the vanguard of a police state. One of the things I just wanted to mention before we turn it back to you, Bill, you do it yourself. You put out probably more information across this planet than anybody else I've ever come across as far as warning people, telling people what's going on, showing them the facts and figures, and we're doing our part. And yet the thing that I guess, maybe you don't get frustrated, but I get frustrated because I get people talking. I want information. Sometimes I want to say, What do you want it for? Because most of them, most of them don't do a thing. That's like saying, Well, I need information. That's like trying to decide to breathe. You need information on survival. You need information to know whether or not you should survive or protect your family. I don't, I'm confused here. You see what I'm saying? Oh, yes. And I get very frustrated, Gene. I get very frustrated at times. I had a guy call me from either Missouri or Mississippi a couple weeks ago, all gung-ho, wanted information, you know, believed all this, and then he called, leaves a message and says, Well, we just decided we don't want to do anything. Well, it's like deciding not to breathe. You know, and, folks, we got all kinds of information to show you how to protect your future. You know, and that's what I do. I don't just sell gold. I protect people's families. I protect their future. I show them how to survive when this thing all comes down, down the pike, and when this thing all comes unraveled. You know, if you want something to read, go to the library. You know, that's what they have libraries for. Go buy a magazine. Go buy People magazine or something. You know, but I show people how to protect themselves, and, hey, we're glad to get out, you know, give this out to people. That's not the point. We got plenty of it to give away, but the point is, do something. This is happening now. This isn't something that's going to happen in 10 years from now or 20 years from now. It's happening today right in front of you in your own community, and yet we sit around and do nothing. If I had absolute positive fact that your bank was going to close tomorrow, and I broadcasted that over the air tonight, I bet you none of you would go down and get your money out tomorrow. If you say, well, I don't know, you know. Well, folks, I understand why Mr. Cooper calls you sheeple. Gene, when I called you this afternoon, I believe you were preparing a mailing for the people that call you. That's right. Well, everybody that is a client of mine will automatically get one of these. I'm putting it in the mail. It'll go out in the mail the next day or two. Those are people that have already prepared themselves, that are ongoing, that are doing that, and I think they deserve this information. They have that right. They've been doing something. They're not sitting on their laurels and just letting this all happen or becoming part of the problem. They are doing something. I get hundreds of calls. I mean, we've been supporting you, and we're so thankful that, you know, we work together with Mr. Cooper and Swiss America, and we've had thousands of calls of people that have called in and wanting information about what we do and how to do it. But, you know, when it comes down to it, I would imagine maybe only 10% have done anything. I don't know. Maybe you get better results from people calling you, Bill. Well, that's because, well, I don't know why it's because, but we get an awful lot of mail. I'm sure you do, too. But just like the mail that we get, the mail that you get, only about 10% of the people are acting and take part and actually get the tapes and buy the book. You can do something. Right. And we struggle around here to get by. Every time we get a lot of money, you know what we do with it. Oh, yeah. We buy equipment to keep on doing what we're doing. But you're right. People need to stop being sheeple. They need to get active. They don't believe, you know, there's something really wrong with the American people. They don't accept the signs that are given to them. They look around in the world. They see things going wrong, but they will not take action until the roof actually caves in on their head. And when that happens, it's all over. Well, you know, they can't use the excuse, well, it costs too much. I have stuff that is as little as 50 bucks. You can't, I can't believe that, that everybody listening out there somehow couldn't scrounge up 50 bucks. We waste more than that in pizza in a week. And pop. So, I mean, who's getting who here? Yeah. I guess it'll come down to the fact that when this thing all unravels and, you know, I'll be sitting there and I'll be able to feed my family and keep a roof over their heads and, and protect them. And, and those that don't, you know, I don't know what's going to become a little, are they going to end up in a detention camp? Are they going to end up on a food line? I don't know. I know that it doesn't have to be that way. I know that, that, that, uh, uh, Hey, if I saw rain clouds coming, I'd go put a raincoat on, you know, or put an umbrella, I'd get prepared. And, and, Hey, there's financial storm, uh, coming in this country and we better do something about it. Uh, we're, we're prepared when it all comes down to literally, uh, put the pack on our backs and the weapons in our hands and walk away from everything that everybody out there is trying to save. My freedom is more important to me than any, any material possession in this whole world. I don't care what it is. And, uh, I'll be up in the mountains. I'll be in a cave. I'll be up in a tree. I was just curious what your suggestion would be on, you know, I want to keep, like I've got the National Service rifle, you know, and that's one of the guns they would ban. So would I have to keep that or figure out some way to keep it or come up with something else? Well, it's up to you. I don't care what kind of legislation they pass, I will not give up my weapons, and if they come to my home to take them away, they will die on my doorstep. Yeah. I read an article by a... It made it in there. Normally I read him in gun magazines, preaching to the choir. But he wrote an article about an interpretation by one of our founding fathers on that of owning the service rifle of the militia or of the Continental Army. All these arguments are moot. Yeah. They cannot take away our weapons without changing the Constitution. There's no need to invent other arguments or to quote things that our forefathers said. Yep. The fact is, the Constitution says the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Until that is changed, all gun legislation, I don't care what it is, all limitations, all requirements to register, all banning, are unconstitutional, illegal, and must be resisted. A world that is not willing to stand up and protect its rights that are clearly written in the supreme law of the land are not worthy of possessing any rights. But the people speak, right, Bill? Yes, they have to stand up and they must say, no, you're not going to do this. If you want to do it, you must do it legally. And the only way to legally restrict guns or ban guns or require the registration of guns is to change the Constitution and specifically the second article in the amendment. If they cannot do that legally, that means the people don't want it done. And that's the purpose for the methods in the Constitution set out to change the Constitution. It's a living document. If the people don't want it done, then they can't ever do it. It can't be done. And if the people aren't willing to fight to protect their rights, then eventually they will lose all of their rights and they will be slaves. That's what happened to Germany. It actually exists. The Nile River, that they call it, still exists. Yeah. There are three, actually two pyramids there. One of the short, truncated pyramids, which I believe might have been an altar, an obelisk, and a larger pyramid, maybe about 12 feet high, maybe about 15 feet square at the base. Yeah. And the three of them are lying exactly east to west. I've looked at it on a topographical map. If you want to know what, they're exactly east to west. But what I really called about, we had a thing happen here last Friday, and I've got this information verbally from two different sources. But there was an election here for the Pennsylvania State Senate in November. And there was a case of fraud, which wound up in a federal court. And last Friday, a decision was made by a federal judge. After looking at the evidence, he said that there was fraud involved in this particular election. And therefore, he considered the election to be void. And the Democrats had one. But then he put the Republican office. And a federal judge would do this. Well, you have to look at the laws of your state. It depends upon the laws of your state, what they say. I have no idea. I see. If it were a federal election, no, they couldn't do it. They'd have to have another election. But that would be my question. Even can he just... Okay, so I have to look at the laws of your state. The laws of your state may say that if one candidate is found to have committed fraud in the election, that the other one automatically wins. I don't know. Ah, I see. Okay. A gentleman called a couple calls ago in reference to the executive order that Roosevelt signed into being back in 1933. That's correct. We just did a whole show on all of those executive orders not too many nights ago. He was looking for the number, and I think it was Executive Order 2040, which Roosevelt signed into immediately after taking office on, I believe, March 4th of 1933. Yes. His predecessor was asked to do it, and he refused. Roosevelt did it, but he would not take out the restriction. Again in 1947, was it? Pardon? I guess it came up again for revision in 1947, but they left that part in. No, they left that part out. See, the original executive order had a specific clause exempting the American people from being named as the enemy. And if you look into the CFRs I did the other night over at the law library, and it is still worded that way, but that executive order is still in effect. But it didn't change the fact I'll fax it to you when you get off the line tonight. It's still listed in the CFRs. Oh, yeah, still in effect. Well, it's listed for the citizens other than the citizens of the United States. Well, that was the first one. The later one left that out. And in effect, rescinded the first. Correct. But I looked into the CFR the other night, and the original is back in there. So there's maybe a little hanky paint going on here somewhere. Oh, there always is. They took the 13th Amendment to the Constitution out and put something else in there. Right. No, that's right. In the 14th and the 16th. Yeah. Okay. I just thought I'd give him the number. I have a habit here of taking too many notes and I forgot to flip a page. I wanted to give you a small list for the listeners out there of some popular 375 H&H models. Could I do that for you? As long as they have a real and I mean a real, not a modified but a real Mauser action, that's fine. If they try to do this with something that's weak, they'll all be able to get hurt. Okay. Well, I just, I have a firearms catalog here of the current models and there's like 20 models but I'll just read off four popular lines here. And this is a big rifle so these suck, you know. This is a special order deal, you know. Are these Mauser actions? You know, I really don't know. I prefer that you don't because there's people out there who don't know anything about weapons and they're likely to just have to be listening and go out and buy one and try to make this modification and blow their head off. You're absolutely right. But I got to say that I won't read off any of these. I can't, I don't know if they're Mauser but I got to say from dealing with this that this is a, you're talking about a big gun here and this is a special order thing. Yeah, it is. But what we're trying to do is it has never been done before. Nobody has ever made a rifle that can hit the target accurately at 1,700 yards. Now, we're not reproducing that particular rifle but we can get you this 1,400 yards and we took those two city boys out this last weekend and we started them out from not really, you know, they'd fired before but they really didn't know what they were doing and we had them hitting bullseyes at 450 yards. Yep. I just wanted to say one more. Let me tell you what they were hitting bullseyes with. MAC-90s, which is an AK-47 at 450 yards. That's how good our people are at training. That is, that is, was that using iron sights, Bill? Stock. AK-47s called MAC-90s and that's just with the stock modification with iron sights, no scopes. Wow, that's fantastic. I just wanted to say one more thing on this 375 H&H. This is an old, true, tried and tested old English African Safari cartridge so it's a winner, I'll tell you. Yeah, folks, what we've taught you to build has the impact at a thousand yards of a .44 Magnum from just a few feet away. You know, you understand what I'm talking about? At a thousand yards it still has that much punch and velocity and foot power left in it. So, you know, take it for what it's worth. Good evening, you're on the air. Yes, hello Mr. Cooper. Hello. I tried to get you the other night when you had the gentleman on there that was talking about the 375 improved. I was really fascinated with the idea and I think I might try the project out myself. but what I wanted to tell you to tell your viewers or your listeners tonight was the fact that if they have a problem finding a large wingman's reaction which are, as your speaker said, they're becoming very scarce. and another thing I found is to find a good quality gunsmith to do the work for you is even harder to find these days is that although they wouldn't have the ballistic advantage that you improved would have, their 375 H&H is a very good sniper in and of itself. Yes, it is. You can reach out a good thousand yards with it. The weapons are readily available and it has a better, flatter trajectory than your time-honored 30-06 but with twice the energy that any yards that you would want to take it out to. That's true and the first time I fired one without ever having fired one before and specifically this particular rifle I picked it up and I fired two rounds it's a single shot bolt action and I loaded and fired two rounds and I hit the bullseye twice, both times at 175 yards without ever having touched that rifle before. Now I'm an expert shot but it's unusual to pick up a strange rifle even if you are an expert shot and be able to do that and the trajectory is really that flat. And it has the, one of the unique thing about it and a couple other rounds is that it'll shoot several different bullet weights 270, 300 grain bullet weights which is the most common in just about the same spot. So that's another advantage if you couldn't find the load that you actually had your rifle sighted in for you could grab something else and you could get by with it but you could still make one shot kills with it if you aimed you know center torso. And one other comment I wanted to make was if someone can't find the Mauser action and of course this would be strictly an expediency but they could use the other actions it wouldn't blow up. the problem would be is that it may not extract the round and of course then you have to use your your separated case well it's not just the extracting you have to have a a real strong action specifically in the locking mechanism if you're using a round that has that much explosive force in it and of course the other thing definitely is the extraction well they make any action you buy that's made for the 375 H&H is going to be pretty massive it may not have the strength that your large ring yeah and as long as you use it for 375 H&H Magnum it's fine but some of them have been weakened a little bit they and they may not be strong enough for the improved round that's the point I'm making I don't want anybody out there to get hurt you're right it's probably a safe thing to do it'd be just to stick with them but as you were saying yourself you've got to talk a lot louder we can barely hear you as you were saying yourself they're just getting real tough to find but like I was saying if they couldn't find them or if they didn't have the wearable to buy the $600 or $700 rifle and then spend money for the improvements they could have a real nice sniper weapon just by using the 375 H&H it's been around since 1912 and I don't have to speak for it it speaks for itself yes that's true you're right that's all I have to say thank you 602-333-2174 is the number good evening you're on the air
