Lawfully.

This guy reminds me of a wrestling coach / teacher called Chopper. Chopper is a family friend who once lowered me down into a window well by my ankles to fetch a ball that had fallen in. I like Chopper. So, I may have bias but I like the way this guy talks.

Why can’t I seem to plead in the form of a demurrer anymore? Isn’t that repugnant in nature? Is our judiciary’s stare decisis being steered further away from the “supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”? At what point does stare decisis walk the slippery slope?

Hit me with those appeal to tradition, appeal to the big stick, appeal to authority, bandwagon, labelling, slippery slope, stone, straw man, ad hominem fallacies!
