When I traveled the St. Lawrence, it was permissible to board our boat, I always in my natural man posturing feel violated by that concept, I’m not sure. I am permitted to board the boat of the coast guard as well? No? I thought maybe we were brothers, being, myself (technically), a peacetime merchant marine?
