To All Legitimately Distributed Projects

From before, these alleged business obligations were carried from my dissolved business of Colorado to my business of Nebraska. No trial. I do not recall receiving proper notice at this time, either. The letter from the previous post was never addressed by its recipients, which was in response to these. I do not feel any of this was lawful at this time. I do believe I have audio recording of the representative from FNBO rationalizing this and these actions, to follow. I do not recall StealthMachines of Colorado accruing anywhere near the alleged amount for the alleged year.

I still need to dig up the alleged US Bank personal account garnishment, levy, or other legal attachment. This was an alleged business obligation lodged against my PERSON prior to the FNBO items, which I feel was also unlawful. No trial. I do not recall receiving proper notice at this time, either. This around the same time period as my story, Teller County Misconduct. I do not recall StealthMachines of Colorado accruing anywhere near the alleged amount for the alleged year.

Notwithstanding, the majority of the business which StealthMachines of Colorado had received for any given year was originating from out-of-state. In other words, the vast majority of business of StealthMachines of Colorado originated from out-of-state and were not in-state sales. The reader is encouraged to read up on the poignance of these statements in light of these alleged obligations.

Additionally, as I recall, for the latter years of StealthMachines of Colorado, tax exemptions were not honored by suppliers. This meant StealthMachines of Colorado, if I recall, was paying retail price including sales tax for many of the parts required to build computers. This is also poignant. It may even mean a refund was or is owed for each of the alleged years, and others, including but not limited to interest, damages, etc.

I YEARN for the healthy judiciary. I do not settle for anything less than, but not limited to, the Supreme Law of the Land in these United States. ““Residence” demands less intimate local ties than “domicile,” but “domicile” allows absence for indefinite period if intent to return remains.” Black’s 1951 page 1473 under ‘RESIDENCE.’ I never abandoned Colorado as my home.
