I need to take a step back in recognition of those who might assume my works, collections, compositions are pretending legal advice. They are not. The false presumption being that you can win in a rigged court without acquiescing to the dirty trick. In many venues, you cannot. There are those out there who give legal advice, and they might be right in context of escape of oneself if only for the day. But had you considered objectives greater than self?
Winning in court is one thing, but what happens when the goalpost is yet again moved? Are we to follow this moving of goalpost into oblivion (or had we already been there long since)?

We had been living through a time when legitimate lawful arguments were and again subverted by the quasi. The quasi being permitted to reign supreme in place of the supreme Law of the Land, this is the current state of things.

So by all means, acquiesce to the wizard’s parlor tricks while in session, if you must preserve your own hide. But understand, if you had given them the inch they were going to take the mile. And that should give you pause for others than yourself. Our children are going to be picking up the pieces of ashe if we don’t fight back some inches now. And now is always right now, by its nature.
We must restore the Lawful judiciary. Or we are doomed to repeat feudalism. This is not hyperbole.
I think that many who are learned (the old English pronunciation which my own family, an English teacher, once scoffed at), learned in understanding that what I am saying is mostly true and correct, albeit obfuscated by procedural normalization aka the bandwagon. Still the majority of others must scoff at my works at first blush, an appeal to the stone which is without substance (the tartar on the tooth), and they can sit in ignorance by choice or by disposition as long as they require by this devoid - this beast system isn’t going away overnight, try as we might.
So while many understand what I am saying and would claim it’s not possible to revert to our nonce document, the US Constitution’s bundle and preceding Common Law going back as far as is necessary to scrub the dirt off of repugnancy until there is only truth and God, and while the majority of people don’t even begin to understand (believing the next football game is far more important), others and I are playing the long game.
Lukewarm not.
If you had given the inch they took the mile. If you will have given the inch they will have taken the mile. Miles and miles and miles of walking to get back to where we were. And how did we get off the bus? Acquiescence.
Imagine a future where everyone looks out for everyone else who is in the right. Imagine a future where real education comes first, and then the diversions in time of leisure. I remember such a time when I was a boy, or at least it felt that way by contrast of the room. We can know the room is getting hotter by measure of the rights we seem to have forgotten, not by gauging the temperature in the now.
Nowadays these truths we hold to be self-evidence are considered by the lie and found wanting. And how many who think it hopeless to restore that which was etched onto the rock. Branding as dirty words and dirty tricks like ‘terrorist’, ‘sovereign (treasonous weaponized ignorance labelling bigot abound),’ non-violent obedience to duty being plagued by above-the-fold obfuscations sufficient to trick the herd.
Artificial paid or informant slaves propping themselves as straw men up to poison the community well, or more likely handling miscreants who are not patriots, but who are being used. Patsies. Or maybe just vertical integration and genuine victims for some who found themselves at the wrong place at the wrong time caught in the grinding.
If you did not see the glean of the puppet’s string you were not looking away from the television’s glare long enough to care.
Sufficient is the day.
Our children deserve better.
Lawfully.
