THE CHG MEME GENERATOR MACHINE:
OBJECTIVE: The CHG MEME Generator will be a self-sustaining human-operated creativity aggregator which borrows from existing marketing protocols that have already proven wildly successful at generating creative, distributing creative, building community, and operating in general the way that the crypto world likes it: a fully autonomous, fully distributed marketing model which can scale to become a marketing powerhouse.
THEME:
All of the comparable boards (below) have one thing in common: They are funny. A community is built around a theme such as humor, so we need some basic meme’s to start with which are funny and keep guests coming back to become members.
Ours does not need to be funny, but it can be. It depends on what we choose to create… I’m fine with funny though… Maybe we could as an alternative have another theme such as ultra-futuristic, something like this, but funny is just fine by me…
THEME / MASCOT IDEA: Digital Pirates
We will need to pick a platform (forum.chgcoin.org), the theme, a mascot (from below), the mission and rules, some community members (fake then later on real), and a MEME aggregator machine operated entirely by humans, which relies upon rules, protocols, and precedents to create.
IT IS NOT IMPORTANT TO MAKE IT PERFECT, WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS TO GET IT STARTED SO IT CAN BEGIN TO GROW NOW

We need something here that people are revolving their meme’s around. The importance of the mascot in the subject matter is to give the creative energy a centralized image to focus around. It also needs to be something which can go viral with easy name/brand recognition. This does not need to be a lightning bolt, but it also shouldn’t be our boring corporate logo, either.

PLATFORM:
Equally important to the theme, mission, and mascot are the community. All of these boards have a forum as their base. The CHG forum will work fine, but could certainly be improved. We may also elect to utilize reddit, however since in the past we have been censored it is always best to own your own platform. This may evolve into the future into our very own P2P board which I discuss in our forums for copyright reasons (if we don’t own it freedom of speech reigns). https://forum.chgcoin.org I think what really matters here is that people have full media capabilities turned on, and that we incorporate a reward system to manually facilitate growth via Meme NFT’s until our budget can support more spendy campaigns.
Community Members:
At first, the community will be composed of hired / avatars of people who post. We can make our own in-house meme aggregator and assume a few pen names which are not real and who can get the feel of the community going - then when real traffic comes it will naturally replace the fake community members with real ones. Since we are building a meme machine, we will pay several artists to create meme’s. Then we will create fake accounts to post these meme’s. The fake accounts will receive fake rewards at first, and so on…
The meme aggregator machine (below) will facilitate the first 50-100 meme’s creation process. We will use these meme’s also to generate our fake persona’s, or pen names. Every team member can and should have several pen names for our boards and full personalities lined up that we can turn to for help with building the community. It will first feel as though we are talking to one another and then eventually more people will join in.
MEME aggregator machine:
Our very first MEME aggregator will be accessible only to our in-house artists. It will be composed of ideas which the creative leads want to focus on for that week. These ideas will be placed on a template, the template for which we will create the first time we have a brainstorming session. The brainstorming session will at first be a live meeting between our chosen artists and the core team. We will use this to generate a free-flow storyboard of ideas: it doesn’t matter how wonky the idea, as long as the creative leads get us back on track if we become sidetracked. The brainstorming session will give the artists enough material to make around 50 meme’s. More is fine!
TASK: we need to find artists on Fiverr, finalize our mission, mascot, etc. then schedule a meeting where we can begin to brainstorm using the power of free-flow.
We don’t need to copy/paste everything about the MEME model. We can set up brainstorming days as a weekly brainstorming session and invite anyone to attend or watch, for example. Like a webinar.
REWARDS: We need to keep away from the mainstream methodologies which are not based on actual economics, for that matter, our own very unique coin. CHG is a DEFLATIONARY asset which means we cannot simply give the coin away if we expect results. People need to stop thinking “when can I sell my CHG” and start thinking “when can I help to create for CHG”. We cannot ignore our core strengths: there will only ever be 90,000,000 CHG Coin. Energy is money, therefore CHG should always be earned for the deflationary strength of the coin to assert itself: be it from spending energy, spending labor, spending creative energy, establishing charging stations, etc. HOW DOES Q, DOGE, and WALLSTREET BETS reward creativity? They are largely supplemented in-house with people’s job mostly to facilitate the creative team’s distribution.
TECHNOLOGY:
Distributed P2P boards cannot be censored. There is no threat of copyright infringement if also anonymous. Is authored by everyone. We need eventually to migrate to a fully distributed Meme board so that we can create the most dank MeMe’s. In the mean time, less technology makes for a quicker launch, and the very best Meme’s will have to remain private until we can create anonymous distribution taps for our most creative and unbridled content. The three comparables are actually very much the same, and facilitate exactly what we need including this anonymity. But the next evolution of this marketing weapon will certainly be the P2P web. Copy/paste, trim the fat, make it our own, polish it and it will fatten back up on its own as we interact with our clients.
You will notice the three comparables do not rely heavily at this time upon technology so much as rules and protocols, human rules and protocols. We will copy/paste this formula to start. Also important to consider how this will co-exist with our other platforms as all of these need to merge together as best as possible:
