Pulse utilized a fork of the ETH Blockchain. When this fork was created by the HEX team, the CHG smart contracts carried over as well. These duplicate coins are interesting, as now there is a mirror on both blockchains at time of snapshot. Please note the CHG on Pulse is NOT THE SAME as the CHG on ETH.
