Pressure should modulate directly with the heart / lungs, chamber should be incorporated into this equation also, pressure inside (bakri balloon); pressure outside (chamber) modulating with the heart and lungs + combatting loss of BP?

The human body, also, seems containerized in the context of the flight / iron lung examples? Head, abdomen, appendages? Veins and arteries? Eb and flow?

“The concentration of oxygen at sea level is about 21% and the barometric pressure averages 760 mmHg. As altitude increases, the concentration remains the same but the number of oxygen molecules per breath is reduced. At 12,000 feet (3,658 meters) the barometric pressure is only 483 mmHg, so there are roughly 40% fewer oxygen molecules per breath. In order to properly oxygenate the body, your breathing rate (even while at rest) has to increase. This extra ventilation increases the oxygen content in the blood, but not to sea level concentrations. Since the amount of oxygen required for activity is the same, the body must adjust to having less oxygen. In addition, for reasons not entirely understood, high altitude and lower air pressure causes fluid to leak from the capillaries which can cause fluid build-up in both the lungs and the brain. Continuing to higher altitudes without proper acclimatization can lead to potentially serious, even life-threatening illnesses.”

Wonder if a standardized method for measuring BP accounting for g suit or chamber or submerged patient could be developed using scuba dive charts as template?

Can the appendages temporarily lose BP for sake of abdomen and head in this context? Borrowing from g suit, can we do better than a tourniquet?

Borrowing from g suit, can buoyancy be standardized to automatically measure immersed BP or blood loss?

Anything out there regarding maternal placental transfusion, or giving mother back her own blood?

Risk assessment should be performed to determine whether to bank blood? Samples could be drawn extra x3 to slowly build up to viable amount?

“Over the weekend I caught two baby goats (one of which was stuck), harvested another goat, migrated a website, unfroze our septic and washer, and chopped half a cord of wood - life on the mountain is harder, but the freedom to accompany is difficult to describe without experiencing. I don’t think people who knew me before would understand, tbh. Three cars a day going by, I don’t think I could go back… would you ever consider such a life? I recommend it.

Regarding the stuck kid - I just watched a barbaric dare I say yuppie delivery on YouTube. I have to say I also considered the brute force technique in a tizzy, but for some reason Nikola Tesla came to mind - “if you want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” The kid was stuck with one leg forward and neck constricted.

I performed a swab on mother, which seemed to help, but something primal in me told me to add vibration to the mix when swabbing, fundal pressure, and pulling alone was not enough. At the risk of being crude, can I say, adding vibration to the swabbing really moved things along. She came right out!!

Is this standard protocol? It should be. I think it would save lives…

Life moves slower up here, while sometimes you have to move quickly to keep things from freezing up. Vibration moves ice better than brute force…

I do not like the cityscape any longer, it’s too buzzy. There is a time and place for adrenaline, and it isn’t all the time…

Knowing exactly where my food comes from brings things full circle and removes false pretenses imposed by artificial cultural aspects that do not respect natural law. You can look and look for reality in the city, but I can assure you that it’s too many veils of illusion opening up the frozen beef patties.

I feel part of it all here on this mountain, and there’s nothing near as scary (in retrospect) as imagination would allude… Much better to be inside of one’s element than outside of one’s nature. Accessible to all, but you must choose!
